WARRANTY: Cases 10 day Money Back
ATXCASES wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our sales
representatives will help you make informed decisions about the items\
you purchase. We have a 10-day money back policy on all damaged
cases/accessories. Just fill out the RMA
form and ship back your case after you receive the RMA number.
You will receive a new replacement item or a company credit only.
All sales are final and no cash refunds given. Damaged return orders
over 10 Days from time of receipt will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee and must be in original non used condition and original packaging.
Company Credit only will be given to customers.
**Shipping and handling charges are non refundable since it is a service
rendered (also applies to refused shipments) and return or exchange shipping
charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ATX Cases can not be
responsible for shipments not received on time. Orders received after 2 p.m
will be processed and shipped on the following business day. The shipping
time clock starts from when the order is picked up at our warehouse, not when
you place the order. Shipping times are based on zip codes, and are given to
us by FedEx. These time frames are estimates. Ground Shipments are not guaranteed.
This is the responsibility of the shipping company and any refused orders because
of untimely shipments will not be refunded. Once it leaves our warehouse it's out \
of our hands.
Color CD-Rom, Floppy and DVD Drives come with a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee after
7 Days all warranty claims must go to manufacturer.
WARRANTY: Power Supply Manufactory Warranty 1-year
WARRANTY: Power Supply Manufactory Warranty 1-year. This warranty is voided if
seal is broken. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ATXCASES and its subsidiaries act only as
Distributors of goods. ATXCASES does not warranty any internal PC components
that are installed by other party other than ATXCASES.com
Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original order number.
Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or
manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void
if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void
manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or
inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage.
Notes: (1) ATXCASES.com is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal
or property injury as a result of using any of our products or as a result of defective
products. For instance, we are not responsible for damages to a motherboard if or when
a power supply is defective. You may contact the manufacturer for any recourse.
(2) By placing an order with ATXCASES.com, you indicate that you have read this
policy and agree with it.
Order Changes and Cancellations
All requests to change or cancel an order should be carried out on the phone with one
of our sales representatives. Requests that are sent through email or requests left as
phone messages may not be received in time and your order may still ship. Once an order
has been packed and labeled for pickup, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled.
Abnormal Shipping Charges
Due to shopping cart malfunctions ATX Cases.com, Inc.
reserves the right to make corrections to customer orders after they are placed.
And With customers permission only ATX Cases.com, Inc. may also make additional charges to a customer’s
credit card after an order is placed.
