When will my order Ship?
In Stock items will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of order
placement. If an order is placed before 5pm EST on any business
day, we usually ship out the order that very same day. If an item(s)
becomes out of stock after placing an order, ATXCases.com will contact
you via Email and give you the option to either cancel or hold your
order until the item(s) becomes available. Please note that we only
ship on our business days, Mondays thru Fridays.

When will my order arrive?
The Total Delivery Time is calculated
by adding Processing Time with Shipping Transit Time Processing
Time + Shipping Transit Time = Total Delivery Time

Do you accept Mail Orders / Checks payments?
Yes. Simply shop at our site at www.atxcases.com and add items
to your shopping cart and proceed to check out when you are done.
At the submit your order page where you enter your credit card information,
simply leave the credit card field blank, and print that screen
with your printer. Send in that page along with a cashier's check
or money order in the amount shown to:

Please be sure to enter your email address when creating an account
and include that email address along with your area code and phone
number with your order so that we may send you the tracking number
via email once your order is shipped.

Do you accept PAYPAL?
Yes. Simply shop at our site at www.atxcases.com and add items
to your shopping cart and proceed to check out when you are done.
At the submit your order page where you enter your credit card information,
simply put PAYPAL in the credit card field, Send PAYPAL payment
to billing@atxcases.com please include your order number you received
when sending payment:
After you have made full PAYPAL payment send a email to billing@atxcases.com
with your order number.

My order never arrived?
Please allow 12 to 48 Hours from order placement for your order
to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, please allow up to 10
business days (Monday thru Friday) for Ground service delivery.

Do you do price adjustments?
From time to time, prices of items drop due to varying market conditions.
This may allows us to acquire same inventory at lower prices. We
then in turn, pass the savings to our customers. Therefore, we cannot
offer price adjustments because items sold at a specific time frame
reflect our lowest offering prices at that time of ordering.
